Refund policy

How returns, refunds, and order issues are handled at MadeTea.

Our approach

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Eligible issues

We will review requests that relate to:

  • Items received damaged or defective
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Missing items from your order

How to request help

Sign in and open the order from My orders so we can locate your purchase quickly.

Include your order number and a clear description of the issue. Photos are helpful for damage claims.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible through Paystack.

Refund timing depends on your bank or mobile money provider after we approve the request.

Delivery fees and completed custom orders may not be refundable unless required by law or agreed otherwise.

Returns

Return instructions are provided case by case once we review your request.

Items should be returned in reasonable condition with original packaging where practical.

Cancellations

If your order has not been dispatched for delivery, we may be able to cancel it. Contact us promptly with your order number.

Once an order is out for delivery or has been delivered, our returns process applies.
